பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய வேண்டிய சான்றிதழ்கள்:
[வருமான சான்றிதழ் அல்லது முதல் பட்டதாரி சான்றிதழ் கிடைக்கத்தாமதமானால் வட்டாட்சியரிடமிருந்து பெற்ற ஒப்புதல் சீட்டை பதிவேற்றம் செய்யலாம், சான்றிதழை கலந்தாய்வுக்கு வரும்பொழுது சமர்ப்பிக்கவும்.]
விண்ணப்பத்தையும் அதில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருத்தமான சான்றிதழ்களையும்; சென்னைப் பல்கலைக்கழக இணையதளத்தில் (www.unom.ac.in) +2 தேர்வு முடிவுகள் வெளியிடப்படும் தேதியிலிருந்து 15 நாட்களுக்குள் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யவேண்டும்.. இணையத்தளத்தில் எல்லா மென்பிரதிகளுடன் (softcopies of certificates), பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்கள் மட்டுமே ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்படும். மேலே குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள ஆவணங்கள் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யத்தவறினால் உங்களது விண்ணப்பம் நிராகரிக்கப்படும்.

If Income Certificate and First Graduate certificate is not received in specified time, kindly upload the acknowledgement copy issued by Tahsildar office for the same. On receipt of certificates the same may be submitted to the office during Counseling.
The application form along with required documents should be uploaded within 15 days from publication of the Plus Two Result/Marks. ONLY ONLINE APPLICATIONS WITH ALL SCANNED COPIES DULY UPLOADED WILL BE ACCEPTED. Student who failed to upload the required documents in the specified time , their application will summarily be rejected.
The Instructions to the students who wish to apply under Madras University Free Education Scheme. 2024.
This scheme is applicable for the students seeking admission in Under Graduate Programme in Aided and Self-Financing Colleges affiliated to University of Madras and appeared +2 examination or its equivalent degree during the current Academic Year i.e. 2024-2025.
· The students should have passed all subjects in first attempt and should submit both PLUS ONE and PLUS TWO mark statement otherwise the application will be
rejected.
· The Family income should not exceed Rs. 3,00,000/- Per Annum as per the Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar, Revenue Department.
· Each college will be allotted with minimum 3 FREE SEATS (i.e. 1 Free seat under each category) which will be sanctioned as an extra seats above the sanctioned
strength by the University. The seats are allotted to different categories as given under :
· CATEGORY (i) : 1/3rd of the seats for Widow’s Children / Widower’s Children / Orphan / Destitute children based on the marks obtained in Major subjects.
· CATEGORY (ii): 1/3rd of the seats for First Graduate / Disabled / Transgender students based on the marks obtained in Major subjects.
· CATEGORY (iii): 1/3rd of the seats for Merit students who had obtained 80% of marks in the Major subjects.
· All students should produce proof of documentary evidence such as Plus-One & Plus-Two Mark Statements,valid Income Certificate(IC)(latest within 1 year), Students under (i) and (ii) category should submit required documents such as First Graduate Certificate (FG) issued by Tahsildar, Physically Challenged (PH) Certificate issued by Government of India, Death Certificate issued by Corporation, etc.. Failing which the application will summarily be rejected. (If IC and FG certificate is not received, kindly enclose the acknowledgement copy issued by Tahsildar office for the same. On receipt of certificates the same may be submitted to the office).
· The last date for uploading an online application is 15 days from publication of the Plus Two Result/Marks.
The Online application form will be open after the Publication of Plus-Two Result. Students are requested to keep the scanned copies of all the required documents ready.
