INSTRUCTION for Ph.D CONTINUATION of Registration

BEFORE  JULY -2023  SESSION

  1. The Continuation of Registration Fee has been revised from the year 2022.The Candidate who have paid the continuation Fees ₹.1,000 /- for the year -2022 have to pay the balance amount along with the continuation fee for the current year.

(i.e.) ₹.2,000 /- [Full – Time] per year

₹.3,000 /- [Part – Time] per year

 

  2.The Continuation fee be collected annually based on the session for which the  candidate  is  admitted.  i.e.  for  January  session  admission,  continuation fee is to be collected in next January session / for July session admission, it is to be collected in next July session.

       3. All Ph.D candidates admitted should register for Continuation of Registration every year uptosubmission of the Thesis.

       4. All the candidates who have failed to register for Continuation of Registration for previous year can register now by paying the previous year fees and current year fees.

        5. Students should submit ONLY

                [a] The hardcopy of Ph.D Continuation Registration form

                [b] Online fee payment slip 

                [c] Attendance Certificate(FULL TIME) / No Objection Certificate from Employer (PART TIME)

                 [Don’t enclose any Reports or Request letters]

          6.If you have already registered previously your email id is user id, your mobile number is password.

For newly registering candidates select new registration and then proceed.

         7.Fee exemption for SC / ST candidates.(within Tamilnaduonly) Enclose attested copy of Community Certificate.

        8. The amount paid once will not be refunded.
